Cancellations by You
More than 30 days before tour start: Full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
15-30 days before: 50% refund, or full refund (minus $50) if we resell your spot.
Less than 15 days: No refund, but we might reschedule for a $75 fee, if possible.
No-shows: No refund, but let us know what happened—we’ll try to help.
Cancellations by Us
If we cancel (e.g., due to low bookings or safety issues), you’ll get a full refund or a chance to reschedule.
If a tour changes a lot (like a new route), we’ll offer a refund or another tour option.
How to Cancel
Email [email protected] or call +1 705-590-3470 with your booking details. Refunds take 7-10 business days to process back to your original payment method.
Other Details
Refunds don’t cover extras like flights or hotels you booked separately.
If you’re not happy with a tour, tell us within 7 days—we might offer a partial refund or credit.
All refunds are in USD and follow our Terms of Service.
